Prepaid billing
All VPS services are prepaid in 30-day periods. Renewal and payment status are handled through the client panel.
Refund policy
Refunds only on unprovisioned services. Once a VPS is deployed and resources allocated, no refund is issued.
Acceptable use
No DDoS attacks, no spam, no illegal content. SMTP ports are blocked by default. Abuse can result in immediate termination.

Where are your servers located?
Servers are deployed in Frankfurt, Germany. We currently focus on one Frankfurt location instead of spreading small capacity across many regions.
How fast is provisioning?
Most servers provision automatically after payment is confirmed and capacity is available.
What is your refund policy?
We refund only unprovisioned services. Once a VPS has been deployed and resources allocated, no refund is issued. Please review our refund policy before ordering.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes. Open a support ticket and we will process your upgrade and issue an invoice for the difference.
Are SMTP ports open?
SMTP is blocked by default. You can request unblocking via a support ticket with your use case.
What operating systems are supported?
Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, AlmaLinux, and more. Windows is not available.
