Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies to all services provided by ClusterHosting. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

Prohibited activities

• DDoS attacks, network flooding, or any form of denial-of-service attack against any target
• Sending unsolicited email (spam) or operating open mail relays
• Hosting, distributing, or linking to illegal content of any kind
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, reported to authorities immediately
• Unauthorized access to third-party systems, port scanning, or hacking
• Phishing, fraud, or identity theft operations
• Cryptocurrency mining that consumes excessive shared resources
• Botnet operations or command-and-control servers

SMTP and email

SMTP ports (25, 465, 587) are blocked by default on all servers. You may request unblocking by opening a support ticket and explaining your legitimate use case. Mass email sending without prior approval is prohibited.

Network usage

Each plan includes a fixed traffic allocation. Exceeding your traffic limit will result in network throttling or suspension until the next billing period. DDoS traffic directed at or through your server is prohibited regardless of source.

Reporting abuse

To report abuse involving our IP ranges, contact abuse@clusterhosting.cloud. Include logs and relevant evidence. We take abuse reports seriously and respond promptly.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any service found to be in violation of this policy, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion. No refund will be issued for terminated accounts.
