Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By ordering or using any service from ClusterHosting, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
ClusterHosting offers KVM virtual private server (VPS) services in Frankfurt, Germany. Services are provided on a prepaid 30-day basis unless a checkout page states otherwise. No long-term contract is required for standard VPS plans.
3. Billing
Standard VPS services are billed in 30-day periods in advance. Renewal dates and payment status are shown in the client panel. A service may be suspended or terminated after its paid period ends if renewal payment is not received.
4. Refunds
Refunds are only available on services that have not yet been provisioned. Once a VPS has been deployed and computing resources have been allocated, no refund will be issued. Please review our Refund Policy before ordering.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use our services in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: DDoS attacks, sending unsolicited email (spam), hosting illegal content, and unauthorized access to third-party systems.
6. Resource usage
You are allocated a fixed amount of CPU, RAM, NVMe storage, and network traffic per plan. Excessive resource usage that negatively impacts other customers may result in suspension or termination without refund.
7. Suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately and without notice for violations of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or any applicable laws. No refund will be issued in such cases.
8. Limitation of liability
ClusterHosting provides services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any data loss, business interruption, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
9. Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
