3. Payment processing

Payments are processed by the payment providers made available in the client panel. ClusterHosting does not directly store full payment-card details. Those providers process payment data under their own privacy terms.

4. Data retention

We retain account and billing data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and abuse prevention purposes.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@clusterhosting.cloud. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Cookies

The public marketing website does not intentionally use advertising cookies. The separate client panel may use essential cookies required for authentication, security, and account functionality.
